个人意见~ 最好不要带中国特色~因为这听起来好怪~~

其实在英语里，这是没有翻译的~只能用大概意思去描写。
就像英语里有些句子也很难翻译~
E.g. you've got to pull your fingers out.翻译是你要把你的手指拔出来。但是句子正真意思是-你需要开始行动，不要在拖了。
所以我觉得还是用最简单明白的方式~

在英语里，就是辈分高的长辈都是用一个开幕词：

秋光绚丽，金风送爽。在这播种希望、描绘锦绣的日子里，
个人觉得这类中国风格的四字词是不需要的。理由很简单，英语与国语的区别就在这里。在英语词语里，正常是不会有这些话的！（还是国语的形容词多）
英语口语里，老外是要就简单，明白的句子（老外没有中国人那么优雅~）
所以我的翻译与你要求的有一点出入！ 但是大概意思一样！ 我在英国学过drama（戏剧艺术），所以这翻译应该对你有帮助！
Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen!
Tonight is a special night for our university. As we will all known why the human beings have the most fantasic civilisation in the world. the reason is simple. Language is the most direct communication tools. English is a civilisation that becomes an essential international character. In this information age, English is the most important language within the world's economy.
In every years' Competation, there are many diverse characteristic of candidates. they might have a sense of humour, they might be as exciting as fire or as cool as ice.
However, after the preliminary contest we have 14 candidates which will be ready to give whatever they have tonight in the finals. We will have a special prize for the top three winners. I wish a good luck to all candidates here.
And welcome to the 2008 English Speech Competation tonight!

First of all, let me introduce the judges for tonight's competation. On behalf of all students thank you for coming and thank you for everyone that supports tonight's competations, especially XXX hair salon, and once again welcome to tonight's English Speech Competation!

Now let's give some applause to XXX(致辞)
Now, Let me explain the way of grading:
There are five standards that will be grading on.
Number 1 - The Speech must be closly related to the topic and must be clear and understandable. The Maximum point is 30.
Number 2 - The contents of the Speech must be substantial and can be visualised easily. the Maximum point is 20 for this one.
Number 3 - The Speech must be loud and clear to the audiences. The Expression also must be clear. the Maximum point is 30 for number 3
Number 4 - The Candidates should show confidences in their Speech. They should act as normal as possible. The maximum point for this one is 10
Number 5 - The last grading standards based on creativities of candidates. the maximum point can be gained is 10.
Ok! after we have a good understanding of the grading system, it is the time for the competation to begin.
Our first candidates is XXX(不要加同学，英语里一般只叫名子），the title for his/her speech is XXXX
After the scorching competation between our candidates, we have three winners for tonight.
Our third place is....... XXXX.

As always, time flies. this year's English Speech Competation is coming to an end. however, tonight's wonderful competation will become the history of our university.
tonight's competation will be unforgettable to many of us and especially to our winners.
On the other hand, have you learned sometime valuable tonight? let's think about the hard works of the people on the stages have putted into the study of English language, it's unmeasurable. I think the best advice to all of you will be take your action now, start learning. and one day, you will become our Champion of English Speech Competation.
After all Thank you for everyone tonight, and thank you once again to our judges and all the people that support tonight's event. And Goodbye everyone!
